This volume is an organized and enhanced collection of chapters that originally were published in Anderson Kill & Olick’s regular newsletter, The Policyholder Advisor. That newsletter (with which this volume shares a title) has been part of Anderson Kill & Olick’s continuing effort to keep its clients informed of developments in the area of insurance. The Policyholder Advisor is organized by general subject area, with-up-to-date citations to cases, and helpful tables and indexes. The book is organized in a user-friendly manner, helping the reader identify issues and find answers to insurance questions. The articles appear largely as they had been published over the past nine years, with the addition of updated citations and editorial modifications.
