Miquel Angel Hernandez Romo is Dean at Escuela Libre de Derecho and has been Professor of Law at the School since 1961. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors of Chase Manhattan Bank de Mexico. He has written extensively on issues involving bankruptcy and insolvency and appeared as an expert witness in a number of major bankruptcy and insolvency cases.
Carlos Sanchez-Mejorda Y Velasco is a Senior Partner at Sanchez-Mejorada y Asociados in Mexico City. He is also Professor of Banking Contracts and International Payments, Post Graduate Division, Universida Iberoamericana (1990 to date). He is the Former Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary (1978-86) of General Electric de Mexico SA and former Vice President and General Counsel of Citibank de Mexico (1986-94).
