Mr. Nelson is Co-Chair for Welfare Plans of the Employee Benefits Committee of the American Bar Association (ABA) Labor and Employment Law Section. The former Vice Chair of the California Bar Labor Section, Standing Committee on Individual Rights and Employee Benefits, he is also the former Chair of the Employment Law Committee, Labor Section of the State Bar of Arizona.
