Standard shipping is available via USPS Media Mail. Expedited delivery options include UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Prepaid orders of $300.00 or more qualify for free standard domestic shipping and handling. Prepaid orders under $300.00 are charged a flat shipping and handling rate of $12.99. Orders that are not prepaid will be charged shipping at real-time carrier rates in effect at the time of shipment. Handling charges are assessed based on the quantity of items in the order. International Shipping Information (Outside the United States)
All orders shipped outside the United States are fulfilled through our international shipping partner, APC Postal Logistics. - Orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Canada, Western Europe, and other select countries may be sent via ParcelConnect Priority (Delivered Duty Unpaid) with delivery confirmation. This method uses USPS for export and a local carrier for final delivery. Estimated transit time is 6–11 business days. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

This method uses USPS for export and FedEx, DHL, or another courier for final delivery. Estimated transit time is 4–6 business days. This option is also available upon request for expedited delivery where not otherwise required.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from Juris, you may return it within 45 days of the original invoice date (Juris ship date) for a full credit or refund. Returns should be sent to: Juris Returns Department

Landisville, PA 17538 To ensure accurate processing, please enclose a copy of the original invoice along with a brief explanation of the reason for the return. All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. Customers will forfeit any applicable discounts when returning items purchased as part of a promotional sale. All books must be returned in undamaged, saleable condition, transportation prepaid. We cannot issue a refund or credit for returned books that contain price or ISBN stickers, stampings, highlighting, inserted advertising materials, torn or worn pages or covers, or attached security devices. Such items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Standing Order Policy Select products are available with an optional standing order for updates. By enrolling in a standing order, you will automatically receive future releases, updates, supplements, or new editions when they become available. Standing order customers may also qualify for special discount benefits. Standing Order Benefits
If you are enrolled in a standing order, you will receive the following benefits: - Free updates published within 3 months of purchase;
- 20% off updates published during the following 9 months; and
- Automatic shipment of future updates after 12 months at a 5% discount off the then-current price.
Future shipments will be sent with an invoice. Shipping and handling charges apply, and New York State sales tax will be added where applicable. Returns and Cancellations
